GUIDA is providing land surveying services for the Park Summit High Rise project in San Diego. Currently under construction, Park Summit is a mixed-use property centrally located in Banker’s Hill and is minutes from Downtown San Diego. The project consists of 265 Class A+ apartment units and stands 21 stories with views of Balboa Park, Downtown, San Diego Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Amenities will include a gym, clubroom, pool, jacuzzi, Zen Garden, fire pits and co-working space.

As a subconsultant to the prime, GUIDA is providing staking for the bottom excavation, gridlines, upper-level floor and elevator control, and street level site improvements. GUIDA is also providing monitoring surveys and reports for the lower-level shoring walls and adjacent buildings.
