CCTA, I-680 N Segment Express Lane Conversion

GUIDA was asked to provide both field and office surveying services for various locations along I-680. While working with the design team, GUIDA was able to prepare plat and legal descriptions for temporary construction easements and public utility easements to be used and recorded at the County. GUIDA also provided research information to the various utility districts that managed each utility, including EBMUD, Easy Bay Regional Parks District, PG&E, and more. GUIDA'S field team located monumentation along the Caltran’s right of way to compare with previous aerial mapping. Parcel determination helped to prepare permits and additional mapping to be used for future design.
