City of Oceanside, Water Utilities Department, On-Call Land Surveying Consulting Services

The City of Oceanside’s Water Utilities Department is responsible for the City’s water and wastewater collection and treatment facilities. GUIDA was selected to provide the City with surveying and staking services on an on-call basis. GUIDA'S scope of work under this contract includes preliminary surveys, topographic surveys, aerial photogrammetric mapping, right of way surveys, utility surveys and potholing, construction staking and monument preservation and perpetuation.

We have completed four task orders to date which include detailed design surveys for the Roja Street Lift Station, North Valley Lift Station, Mission Avenue Syphon, and a sewer replacement project along El Camino Real. For the fifth task order, GUIDA is providing construction surveying services for the City’s Lower 1 RW Pipeline project. For each project, GUIDA performed topographic surveys, right of way surveys and final design mapping. GUIDA provided deliverables to the City in their requested CAD platform, on time and on budget.
