East Valley Water District, Sterling Natural Resource Center

As part of the design build team, GUIDA performed design surveys and construction staking for the waste-water reclamation facility of the Sterling Natural Resource Center. This state-of-the-art facility in Highland will provide a sustainable new water supply to boost the region’s water independence. Capable of treating up to 10MG a day, the SNRC recharges the local Bunker Hill Groundwater Basin and creates new opportunities for the surrounding community in the form of education and training, community space, neighborhood improvements, and new habitat for the Santa Ana Sucker fish. GUIDA performed GPS control surveys, topographic ground surveys, right of way establishment and base mapping, set control for machine guided grading, grading certifications, construction staking of building layout, hardscape features, storm drain, water and sewer layout.
