McFarland Middle School Sports Complex/Parking Lot

GUIDA provided construction surveying services for the McFarland Middle School Sports Complex and Parking lot. The project includes the construction of a concessions building, parking lot, six ball field dugouts and three backstops, miscellaneous site development for sports activities, installation of stadium lighting, alteration to another existing parking lot, and related site development for accessibility and ADA compliance.

GUIDA'S services include construction surveying and staking for the rough grade, building layout (offset stakes for the corners of the varsity softball dugout), utilities (including storm drains, water lines, sanitary sewers, light poles, and gas lines), and finish grade for the curb, gutter, and median and for the baseball field, dugouts, drainage swales, and home plate bases.
