Mustang Two Solar Project

GUIDA provided construction surveying services for the Mustang 2 Solar Project in Kings County. Once complete, the project itself will provide solar power to utility customers by interconnecting to the nearby regional electricity grid at Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) existing Mustang Switching Station. GUIDA has been contracted to provide construction staking services for the solar panels, roads, trenching, and fencing. For the solar panels, GUIDA'S team is utilizing GPS equipment to provide a single for approximately 75,420 solar support posts and is responsible for reviewing the as-staked survey data for accuracy and preparing a cut sheet and point plot for daily production.
