RCTC, I-15 Railroad Canyon Interchange

GUIDA provided construction surveying services for RCTC’s I-15 Railroad Canyon Interchange project in Lake Elsinore. This $41M project provided several major changes to the interchange to improve safety and reduce congestion. This project to improve safety and reduce congestion included two new lanes on Railroad Canyon Road through the interchange, reconstruction of the northbound diamond ramps to hook ramps to connect to Grape Street, construction of auxiliary and deceleration lanes on I-15, and construction of improved pedestrian and bicycle facilities through the interchange. GUIDA'S scope of work included control, construction computations, construction staking, monument preservation, right of way surveys, monumentation, and as-built surveys.
