Under SCE’s Real Properties Geomatics & Property Services Division, GUIDA is providing on-call, task order driven survey and mapping services for various overhead transmission line projects throughout SCE’s large geographic service territory. Recently, GUIDA completed several encroachment surveys for SCE, which included establishing horizontal and vertical controls, obtaining detailed topographic survey information, performing cadastral research, preparing land net mapping, interpolating title reports, deed documents and maps, preparing encroachment exhibit mapping, and preparing legal descriptions and plats. All work under this MSA is being performed in accordance with SCE Survey and Mapping and Safety Standards.
