He is an accomplished executive known for building strong client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional geomatics services to public and private clients. Bernie has overseen major infrastructure projects for agencies such as Caltrans, RCTC, SANBAG, SANDAG, OCTA, Metro, the FAA, and FHWA, as well as utilities and federal entities including the US Navy, Army Corps of Engineers, and the National Park Service. His ability to align technical execution with strategic business goals has helped him successfully grow and restructure surveying departments through changing market conditions, consistently enhancing service delivery and driving long-term client success.
